Privacy Policy

FireCastle considers all communication covered by attorney client privilege and will not disclose any information communicated with FireCastle, unless it is authorized and needed for the prosecution or processing of a trademark.  FireCastle clients will interact with FireCastle's trademark monitoring service, AlT legal, and FireCastle's appointment schedule, Calendly, Wix, and Square. All of these services are independent entities and carry their own privacy policies which are not controlled by FireCastle. FireCastle maintains not control over these entities and is not responsible for information the client provides these services.
